My overall experience was great. Staffs are friendly and professional. The artist, Christopher is confident and meticulous. The tattoo came out exactly as the design template. The only thing that I want to point out is that the (necessary) sign-off process is lengthy and can be confusing to some. I would suggest a private area with seating for the client to fill out the info comfortably.
